Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management in Dallas seeks a remote Service Advisor with ASE certifications to guide maintenance and repair decisions for client fleets. You’ll review orders, suggest service intervals, and coordinate with offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and costs.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate pricing, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines, with opportunities for growth and additional pay for certifications and extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (A1-A9, B5, T1-T8, L1-L4, F1, G1 & C1).
• Must live in Dallas, TX or surrounding counties.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Two (2) years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service department experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing.
• Supporting Fleet Management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Providing timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners by phone and email.
• Ensuring repair and maintenance services follow manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards.
• Negotiating changes or corrections to order pricing and applying warranty considerations.
• Analyzing clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions and gain approval.
• Identifying opportunities for full maintenance service proposals across internal business lines.
• Fielding calls from drivers to locate cost-effective service locations.
