Wheels, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to manage maintenance repairs for our clients. The role emphasizes negotiating with vendors, ensuring client instructions are followed, and providing repair recommendations that minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has automotive repair knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience with industry pricing guides. This remote US-based position requires adaptability and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• ASE C1 certification and one of A4/A5/A6/A7 within the first 12 months.
• 1–2 years automotive experience or equivalent technical education.
• High School diploma or equivalent; fleet experience is a plus; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Authorize mechanical repairs on behalf of Wheels’ Clients.
• Ensure safety related and scheduled repairs are completed.
• Negotiate repair costs to fleet price or Wheels Network rates.
• Adhere to parts and labor reference guides for pricing and times.
• Manage Client authorizations limits and instructions.
• Document Client savings and transaction details.
• Escalate approvals to team lead when appropriate.
• Meet performance metrics for quality and transactions.
