Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide automotive technical support, review repair orders, and negotiate service intervals and pricing. This full-time, remote role is based in Springfield, MO, with work hours Mon–Fri 6am–9pm CST and Sat 7am–4pm CST.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' interval-based timing and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, assess and apply warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders.
• Contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed repair procedures and gain approval.
• Make recommendations to internal business partners regarding repair recommendations and cost.
• Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients.
