Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to deliver automotive technical support to fleet groups, clients, and vendors. You will review repair orders, verify manufacturer intervals, and negotiate pricing before approval.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' intervals and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and apply warranty considerations while creating purchase orders.
• Contact clients to provide recommendations and obtain approval for repair procedures.
• Make recommendations to internal partners regarding repair recommendations and costs.
• Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients.
