Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to deliver automotive technical support and guidance to fleets, clients, and vendors. The role focuses on scheduled maintenance and wear items, reviewing repair orders, and negotiating service intervals and pricing for approvals.

This is a full-time work-from-home position serving the Kansas City metro area. Weekend/evening differential may apply, with ASE certification bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live in the Kansas City metropolitan area or surrounding MO/KS counties.
• Must live in the state of Missouri or Kansas.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; dealership or repair facility preferred.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to orders submitted by phone and email.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' interval-based timing and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and apply warranty considerations while creating purchase orders.
• Contact clients to provide recommendations and gain approval.
• Make recommendations to internal partners regarding repair costs and procedures.
• Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients.
