Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a subsidiary of Enterprise Holdings, is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator. This full-time, work-from-home role supports fleet management with automotive technical guidance on maintenance intervals, fluids, and pricing, reviewing repair orders and negotiating terms.

The position pays $20.51 to $23.51 per hour, with potential weekend/evening differentials and ASE certifications earning extra.

Qualifications

Six months of customer service experience required.
Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; dealership or repair facility exposure preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to meet work-from-home technical requirements and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide timely response to orders by phone and email in an efficient, friendly manner.
Review proposals to ensure proper services based on manufacturer intervals and pricing.
Negotiate pricing, apply warranty considerations, and create purchase orders.
Contact clients to explain repairs and gain approval; advise on repair locations.
