Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management in Houston, TX is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to provide technical guidance on scheduled maintenance and wear items, review repair orders, and negotiate for proper service intervals and pricing.

You’ll approve services, communicate with clients and vendors, and help locate suitable service locations while working full-time from home. Strong customer service and automotive knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Six months of customer service experience.
Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience; lube shop, tire shop or dealership preferred.
Must live in Texas; Houston area or surrounding counties.
Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
Ase certifications preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must meet work-from-home technical requirements.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide timely response to orders via phone and email in a courteous manner.
Review proposals to ensure proper services and pricing per manufacturer intervals.
Negotiate pricing and apply warranty while creating purchase orders.
Contact clients to explain procedures and gain approval.
Recommend repair options to internal partners and cost justifications.
Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients.
