Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. The role involves signing dealerships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional servicing while monitoring risk and compliance.

A BA/BS and 3+ years in related finance/sales roles are required. The position supports remote work with travel >25% and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field is required.
3+ years of related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
Fluent English; Spanish language skills recommended.
Willingness to travel >25% and occasional overnight travel.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer relationships and sign dealerships.
Drive sales and portfolio growth through financing solutions.
Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor risk, creditworthiness, and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and training.
