Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to lead dealer partnerships from Tyler, TX with a remote work option. You will drive sales, sign dealerships, and oversee servicing of a growing portfolio while managing risk and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field; 3+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and dealership operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Present financing solutions to grow the portfolio and cross-sell services.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk; ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
