Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure excellent servicing while managing associated risks.

The role requires a deep understanding of automotive financing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with travel as needed. Base salary is competitive with substantial earning potential from commissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and aligned with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance; adjust risk assessments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during portfolio management.
