Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealership portfolio across the United States. The role combines remote field sales with extensive travel to sign dealerships, drive growth, and ensure high levels of servicing and risk management.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the automotive industry, strong financial acumen, and proven relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel >75% and manage a field-based portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in automotive.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Promote financing solutions and oversee portfolio growth and risk.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
• Provide training and support on financing solutions to dealerships.
