Westlake Floorplan Company in Pensacola, FL, is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager. You will build and manage a dealer portfolio, sign dealerships, drive sales, and oversee servicing while managing risks. Remote work option with heavy travel.

The role requires deep automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. A BA/BS and several years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in finance, sales or account management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financing concepts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and present financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with trends.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
