Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager / Area Manager to build and manage a diverse portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign new dealerships, drive sales, and ensure top-tier servicing while mitigating risks.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work remotely with extensive travel.

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry across sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and client-facing experience.
• Proven time management with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Develop risk assessment models and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.
