Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. You will drive sales, ensure servicing excellence, and monitor risk across a remote-capable, nationwide footprint.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Travel is substantial, with a paid structure including base pay and performance bonuses, and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/ or collections.
• Willingness to travel >75% with some overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Develop risk assessment models and ensure compliance with policies.
