Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. The role involves signing dealerships, driving sales, and servicing accounts while managing risks.

The ideal candidate has a strong automotive industry understanding, financial acumen, and proven client relationship experience. Remote work is available with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3 years of related experience preferred in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Floorplan Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and monitor performance trends.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
