Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. The role focuses on signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risks, with a emphasis on strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the automotive industry, financial fluency, and excellent communication skills. This position supports remote work with extensive travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
