Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure servicing excellence while effectively managing credit risk.

You should bring a strong automotive industry background and a proven track record of client relationships, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities and high Excel proficiency. Remote work is allowed with significant travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor dealership creditworthiness and ensure compliance with policies.
