Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio across the United States. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, ensure high-quality servicing, and monitor risk, working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and client satisfaction.

The role requires deep automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance; manage risk and ensure policy compliance.
