Westlake Flooring is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio from Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes expanding financing solutions, servicing accounts, and mitigating risk for a broad network of dealerships.

The ideal candidate has strong automotive industry knowledge, financial acumen, and proven relationship-building skills. The position supports a remote-friendly work style with substantial travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors)
• Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients, collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various levels
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage deadlines
• Strong negotiation and collection skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required
• Ability to travel, fly, drive
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license required for this position

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address client concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop risk assessment models to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track portfolio performance including loan balances and payment trends.
