Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager in Rock Hill, SC with remote flexibility. You will build and manage a dealer portfolio, drive sales, ensure servicing excellence, and assess risk across the portfolio.

The role requires strong automotive industry knowledge, bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, and travel >75%. Competitive compensation includes base pay, guaranteed bonuses, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Willing to travel >75% and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of financial terms and ability to present financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients; build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers; identify growth opportunities and present financing solutions.
• Servicing: oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio; monitor accounts; collaborate to improve processes and customer experience; provide training to dealerships.
• Risk Management: monitor dealership conditions; develop risk models; ensure compliance; track portfolio performance.
