Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, part of Westlake Financial Services, is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager in Baltimore with remote work flexibility. You will build and manage a dealer portfolio, sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure servicing quality while mitigating risk.

The role requires strong automotive industry knowledge, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Travel is >75% with overnight stays; base pay starts at $50,000 annually plus guaranteed bonuses

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience.
• 2+ years experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients; build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers; identify portfolio growth opportunities; conduct market research.
• Servicing: oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio; monitor account performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide training to dealerships.
• Risk Management: monitor dealership conditions and performance; develop risk assessment models; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; track loan balances and payment trends.
