Build a dealer portfolio, sign dealerships, drive sales, and manage servicing and risk. Strong financial acumen, bilingual English/Spanish, and deep industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field and 3+ years of related experience.
2+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections.
Willingness to travel >75% and ability to travel, fly, drive.

Responsibilities

Sales management: develop strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
Servicing: oversee portfolio servicing and ensure client satisfaction.
Risk management: monitor dealer creditworthiness and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
