Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. This role focuses on signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and assessing credit risk.

You will travel extensively to meet with clients and support remote operations. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in finance or sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Willingness to travel >75% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Floorplan offerings.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
