You will sign dealerships, drive sales, oversee servicing, and assess risk while collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality financing solutions.

The role emphasizes remote work with extensive travel (greater than 75%), requiring strong financial acumen, industry knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of financing concepts.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and travel demands.
• Negotiation and collection abilities are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for portfolio risk.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Education: BA/BS in related field and 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Sign dealerships, drive sales, and oversee servicing of accounts.
• Develop risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Monitor portfolio performance, loan balances, and payment trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
