Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships from a home office in the United States. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure high servicing levels while assessing risks.

The role requires frequent travel and strong financial acumen, with remote work capability. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven track record in portfolio management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting offerings.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance including loan balances and payment trends.
