Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships in Detroit with remote work options. In this role you will sign dealerships, drive sales, service accounts, develop risk models, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and superior client experience.

Travel will be substantial.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and financing solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
