Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and service accounts while managing risk in a remote-capable role from Grand Junction, CO.

The position requires deep automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. Travel is extensive (75%+), with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management or collections.
• Travel greater than 75% with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities and present financing solutions.
• Oversee servicing of the portfolio and address client issues promptly.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate across teams.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
