Job summary

Westlake Flooring is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships from Green Bay, WI, with remote work options and extensive travel.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, financial acumen, and proven client relationship experience. The successful candidate will drive sales, manage risk, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Willingness to travel >75% and ability to travel, fly, drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance; develop risk assessment models.
