Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to lead dealer partnerships from Grand Rapids, MI with remote capabilities. You will drive sales, manage a growing portfolio, and mitigate risk while aligning financing solutions with client needs.

The role requires travel (>25%), strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. A BA/BS and experience in finance or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections
• Travel greater than 25% with some overnight travel required
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire automotive dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financing solutions delivery.
