Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Travel: >25% with overnight travel required.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and financial terms is expected.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities and present financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and aligned with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address client issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance; develop risk assessment models.
