Job summary

Westlake Flooring in Amarillo, TX seeks an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. This role supports remote work with extensive travel to dealer partners across the United States.

You will develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients, sign dealerships, drive sales, oversee servicing and credit risk, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities and financing solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address client issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Provide training to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
