Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. This remote role requires travel to dealer sites and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities include signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing associated risks while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
Proven ability to draft and present financing solutions to dealership clients.
Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of a dealership organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
