Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Area Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, ensure high service levels, and manage associated risks. The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in client relationships.

The role requires travel (75%+), remote work capability, and strong financial acumen. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver financing

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field; 3+ years in finance, sales, account management or collections preferred.
Understanding of automotive market and dealer relationships.
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze portfolios.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
Identify growth opportunities by presenting financing solutions and expanding the portfolio.
Monitor portfolio performance and address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient processes.
Provide training and guidance to dealerships on financing tools.
