Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to lead sales, service, and risk management for a portfolio of automotive dealerships. This role requires heavy travel and strong client relationship skills and will operate in a remote-first environment while coordinating with a dispersed team.

Ideal candidates will have extensive automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and proven abilities in negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Servicing: oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and monitor account performance.
• Risk Management: monitor dealership conditions and develop risk assessment models; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
