Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of parts pricing, labor guides, and shop procedures.
• Clear and professional communication skills in voice and writing.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates and approves payments for diagnostics and repairs.
• Validates claims within approval limits per standards.
• Notates actions in internal systems and documents interactions.
• Manages assigned pending claims and follows up with shops.
