DriveTime is seeking a detail-oriented claims professional to adjudicate pre-sale diagnostics and warranty-related vehicle repairs. You will coordinate with repair facilities, document all interactions, and ensure adherence to department processes.

The role supports a remote work arrangement with a regular Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime. The ideal candidate brings automotive diagnostics experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, and labor guides.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in typing and computer usage.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
• Must be solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates claims within approval limits per department standards.
• Notates actions and interactions in internal systems for documentation.
• Navigates department resources to follow processes and policies.
• Manages assigned pending claims and follows up with repair facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
