DriveTime is seeking a claims analyst to validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostics and pre-sale repairs for customer vehicles under warranty. The role requires a solid automotive background, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex repair workflows.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3+ years of automotive experience. This position offers a work-from-home setup within approved locations and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides and shop procedures.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient typing and general computer skills.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates and approves payments for diagnostics and repairs with approved facilities.
• Accurately notes all actions and interactions in internal systems for proper documentation.
• Navigate department resources to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
• Manages list of pending claims and provides timely follow-up with repair facilities to decide claims.
• Other duties as assigned.
