DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a claims adjudicator to validate and approve payment for diagnostics and pre-sale repairs under warranty. You will document actions in internal systems, work with repair facilities, and ensure adherence to processes in a high-volume environment.

Preferred candidates have automotive knowledge, strong communication, and solid typing skills, with 3+ years of automotive diagnostic experience and a HS diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limit following department standards.
• Notate actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems.
• Navigate department resources to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
• Manage assigned pending claims and provide timely follow-up with repair facilities.
