Job summary

ESB Technologies is seeking a Workflow Consultant to own the diagnostic and strategy phase of client engagements from a remote setting in the United States. You will interview stakeholders, map current-state processes, and craft ROI-based roadmaps, then guide builders to ensure delivered work matches the plan.

The role requires experience in workflow design, executive leadership with senior stakeholders, and familiarity with AI agents and no-code automation tools.

Qualifications

• A track record in workflow or process design and automation strategy.
• Executive presence and experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI agents and LLM-based automation.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Make, Zapier and Glide.
• Clear writing and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery: stakeholder interviews, current-state process maps, and a shortlist of automation candidates.
• Build the roadmap: sequencing, integration approach, and an ROI model for each workflow, priced in time and money.
• Decide where AI agents earn their cost and where they do not.
• Oversee implementation by guiding builders and keeping delivery tied to the strategy.
• Produce company-wide workflow maps, cross-department operating frameworks, and dashboards for leadership.
• Work with other consultants and specialists on larger engagements.
