Celestica is seeking an Advisor, Business Development for a remote role supporting AI-driven initiatives across multiple customer sets. You will help identify opportunities, shape bids, and coordinate market research with senior teams.

The role emphasizes prompt engineering, workflow design, and governance to ensure scalable, reliable deployments while maintaining high-quality standards and clear ROI tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational consulting, product management, business analytics, or solutions architecture with AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to surface high-value opportunities for Generative AI and process automation.
• Design, prompt, and test AI agents and automated workflows to analyze data and streamline documentation.
• Establish baseline metrics, monitor ROI, and ensure AI deployments meet safety and quality standards.
• Scope pilot programs, lead discovery workshops, and oversee user acceptance testing for internal AI tool rollouts.
• Train teams on prompt engineering and integrating AI tools into daily SOPs.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for IT and software teams to refine AI infrastructure.
• Support quote activities within a customer set; develop bids and proposals with senior team members.
• Research and summarize customer market information for strategy and competitive analysis.
• Track win/loss analyses and forecast rollups for sites.
• Collect and analyze customer data and market intelligence.
