Upstart is seeking a Business Development Representative for its Auto Retail Sales Development team. You will drive revenue by prospecting automotive dealerships, building pipelines, and delivering personalized outreach to key decision makers.

You will work closely with marketing, executives, and the OEM team on strategic initiatives and growth plans. The role requires SaaS/B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 6+ months of Enterprise SaaS B2B sales development incl. cold calling & email outreach.
• Track record of growing sales pipeline via targeted account-based approach.
• Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills.
• Ownership, accountability, and drive to improve.

Responsabilidades

• Account research to identify key decision makers.
• 1:1 sales prospecting via calls and emails to key personas (GM/GSM/Dealer Principal/Directors).
• Inbound lead follow-up with marketing-generated leads.
• Coordinate with account executives to align on target accounts and handoffs.
• Maintain CRM data and support weekly reporting.
• Provide market insights to improve go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and OEM on special projects.
