Job summary

AgentDynamics is hiring a Business Development Representative to build and grow our U.S. auto market pipeline. You’ll prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and more, identifying dealerships that fit AgentDynamics and engaging decision-makers to create qualified opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities, sharpen the outbound playbook, and own a large portion of the pipeline as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Outbound prospecting experience in B2B sales/BD
• Ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Confident and concise communication across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
• Willingness to speak with senior decision-makers and handle objections
• Ability to stay organized and pursue opportunities over longer cycles
• Strong curiosity to understand business operations and problems worth solving
• CRM hygiene, task management, organization, and follow-through
• Self-driven ownership of activity and pipeline outcomes
• Willingness to review calls, messaging, and results and continuously improve
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on business operations

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect dealerships and dealer groups across priority U.S. markets
• Build relationships with Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, and other leaders
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and move prospects through the funnel
• Book and conduct discovery calls to understand processes, challenges, and priorities
• Partner with the founder and Regional AEs on messaging and strategy
• Own follow-up with prospects not ready to engage and keep opportunities moving
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, contacts, follow-ups in HubSpot
• Develop understanding of dealership operations, dealer technology, and AI use cases
• Share learnings to improve messaging, ICP, and outbound playbook
