Job summary

AutoEngage, an AI communication platform for franchised dealer groups, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting in automotive service markets. You’ll identify dealer opportunities, reach decision-makers, book demos, and support the sales team without negotiating contracts.

You’ll work remotely in the United States, collaborating with Enterprise Sales leadership and regional managers. Compensation includes base salary, variable pay, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in B2B SaaS environments to dealership or equivalent buyers.
• Proven track record with outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings.
• Ability to research accounts and craft tailored outreach messages.

Responsibilities

• Prospect franchised dealerships and dealer groups across assigned markets.
• Reach service directors, GMs, dealer principals, and executives by phone, email, LinkedIn, and Salesloft.
• Book qualified demos for the sales team and support territory plans.
