Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Auto Parts Support Specialist for Alabama residents. You will answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturers to provide parts information, locate items in catalogs, and guide colleagues to warehouse locations from home.

Ideal candidates bring strong car parts knowledge, the ability to identify assemblies, proficient computer skills and a 35 WPM typing speed. A high school diploma and automotive retailer experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information.
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations.
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog.
• Place part orders.
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs.
• Research and learn new auto parts so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledge.
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude.
