Morley is seeking a remote Automotive Parts Support Specialist to assist dealerships and auto manufacturers with parts information. You will guide customers to warehouse locations, locate items in catalogs, place orders, and help resolve catalog issues while staying current on new parts knowledge.

This role emphasizes strong research skills, reliable scheduling, and professional communication across calls, chats, and emails to ensure accurate, timely service for our automotive clients.

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug screen.
• 1+ year experience in automotive retailer or dealership parts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work Mon-Fri within the center's hours.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls to assist with parts information.
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations.
• Locate parts in online catalog.
• Place part orders.
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs.
• Research and learn new auto parts.
