Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote parts information specialist to support Indiana-based operations. You will answer calls from dealerships and manufacturers, help locate parts in catalogs, direct users to warehouse locations and place part orders.

The role requires strong car parts knowledge, fast typing, and research skills, plus reliability to handle time-sensitive queues across shifts. One year of automotive retailer or dealership parts experience is preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• 1+ year experience with automotive retailer or dealership parts department.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work shifts within the center's hours (Mon-Fri, various time zones).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees for parts information.
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations.
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog.
• Place part orders.
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs.
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay current.
• Offer timely solutions via inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails.
