Morley is seeking a remote-enabled parts specialist to support dealerships and manufacturer staff. You will handle inquiries, locate parts in the catalog, and place orders while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Required are strong auto parts knowledge, 1+ year in automotive parts, and reliable scheduling within operational hours. A background check and drug screen are required, with Ohio-resident remote work setup.

Formación

• One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Shift availability within center hours; no weekends or late nights.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information.
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations.
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog.
• Place part orders.
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs.
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay current.
• Offer timely, accurate solutions via inbound/outbound conversations (phone, chat, email).
