Job summary

Morley is seeking a customer-support specialist with deep auto parts know-how to assist dealerships and manufacturers from a remote setting. You will help locate parts online, guide customers to warehouse locations, place orders, and correct catalog information while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

The role requires at least one year in automotive retail or dealership parts, high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Outstanding car / auto parts knowledge.
• Ability to identify key auto parts and assemblies.
• Computer navigation skills.
• Typing skills (at least 35 WPM).
• Passion for research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog
• Place part orders
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay current
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through calls, chats, emails and other communications.
