Job summary

Morley is seeking a Parts Support Specialist to handle inbound calls from dealerships and manufacturers, assist with parts information, locate parts in catalogs, and place orders. You’ll work remotely with a schedule aligned to multiple time zones and must maintain a positive, service‑oriented attitude.

Required are 1+ years in an automotive parts environment, HS diploma, strong typing (35 WPM), and solid computer navigation skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in automotive parts environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog
• Place part orders
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay updated
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (phone, chat, email) while remaining positive
