Morley is seeking a part and auto parts information specialist for remote work targeting Kentucky residents. You will answer calls from dealerships and manufacturer employees, locate parts in catalogs, place orders and guide warehouses.

A passion for car parts and problem solving helps you thrive. Recommended experience includes at least one year in automotive parts retail or dealership; strong typing and computer navigation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work shifts within the center's hours: Mon–Fri, various time zones.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information.
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations.
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog.
• Place part orders.
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs.
• Research and learn new auto parts for up-to-date knowledge.
• Offer timely, accurate solutions via calls, chats, emails and other communications.
